Ethos Guild Quick Start Guide
π΅ What is Ethos?
Ethos Guild = Official audio identity program for AeThex. A synthwave-themed community of musicians, producers, and sound designers who create music and SFX for AeThex projects.
Not a separate business. It's a guild within the Foundation arm.
Not optional. It powers game audio for GameForge, provides talent for CORP clients, and creates revenue via the NEXUS marketplace.

'80s retro-futuristic aesthetic = AeThex brand
Neon pink, purple, cyan visuals
Instantly recognizable, culturally cool
Differentiates from other game studios
Why Not a Separate Venture?
Ethos is for the ecosystem, not profits alone
Foundation owns & nurtures it
Revenue flows back to CORP client work
Talent pipeline strengthens all arms
Why NEXUS Integration?
Makes artists discoverable across AeThex
Unifies creator economy (designers, devs, musicians)
Enables CORP to hire for commercial projects

β FAQ
Q: Is Ethos a separate music label? A: No. It's a guild within Foundation, part of the ecosystem. It creates music for AeThex use + serves as a talent pool for CORP client work.
Q: Can artists sell their music elsewhere? A: Yes! The ecosystem license is non-exclusive. Artists can sell on Spotify, Bandcamp, etc. They just also grant AeThex a free license for internal use.
Q: How do artists make money? A: Three ways:
CORP hires them for commercial projects (via NEXUS)
Streaming revenue on other platforms
(Future) Royalty share on successful games using their music
Q: What about copyright & IP? A: Artist retains ownership of original composition. AeThex gets a license for specific use cases. Managed via legal templates (CEO responsibility).
Q: When can I upload tracks? A: Phase 2 (4-6 weeks). Founding artists invited first, then open to community.
